Developers are responsible for designing, building, testing, debugging and troubleshooting web applications and scripts in a fast-paced environment. They work with our account teams, interaction designers and graphic designers, to create interactive solutions.

Required Experience

Experience with Flash and Object Oriented ActionScript

Expert hands-on knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, XML as well as other web development/production tools

Experience translating comps and wireframes into flexible and usable code templates

Strong working knowledge developing cross platform/browser compatibility (IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.) for dynamic web application

Familiarity with and adherence to web standards, as well as object oriented programming

Experience with source/version control software is a plus

Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people

Must be self-motivated, and able to multi-task

Must be able to take initiative to be productive and efficient

Must be able to function independently and still work well in a "team oriented" environment
